BresoDx has been clinically validated for its accuracy against the PSG tests in several clinical trials. The BresoDx consists of a microphone that is positioned a few centimetres away from the nostrils. By analysing the sound recording, the BresoDx can provide results with a 94-96% correlation to the current gold standard of PSG. As you might be aware, this is extremely rare as no other diagnostics provide this close accurate results to the gold standard of PSG.

This diagnostic device is a fraction of the price of a PSG study, making it a cost effective solution for physicians who require accurate results but need to acquire to a budget. A ready to use clinical report is provided with the BresoDx sleep studies providing convenience and allowing patients to undertake the study in the comfort of their own home or with minimal assistance required. All of the data is stored on a memory card which will be returned to the physician, while the unit itself is disposed. This achieves a great advantage as many patients are able to get tested at the same time for OSA, speeding up the waiting time for sleep studies provided by the NHS. Once the memory card is returned, the intelligent analysis software will provide the results of the study within seconds saving physicians plenty of valuable time.
