Intus Healthcare have been supplying sleep therapy equipment for over ten years.

We pioneered the sale of CPAP equipment online; a risky venture that has proven a success thanks to the 35,000 customers who chose to trust us since then.

Today we are providing more advice, raising more awareness of OSA and supplying more equipment to those that need it than ever before.

The reason for that is that customers continue to trust Intus to supply the information and products they need to treat their condition.

As a result, we are introducing a loyalty system to thank those who choose us, and allow us to keep helping those with OSA.

Some companies offer incentives to attract new customers. We prefer to look after those who have already supported us.

Therefore, with every purchase you get 5%* back in points to go towards your next purchase.

For every 20p spent, you get 1 point worth 1p on any subsequent order within the next 6 months.

If you have enough points to cover the next order, then it will be free! With any remaining points left for next time.

If your points do not cover the whole order, then you simply put them towards it and pay the remainder.

Points will expire after 6 months, but we will send a reminder 2 weeks prior to expiry to avoid them going to waste.

You do not need to do anything differently; points are automatically added to your account when you order, and any points you have are put towards the next order automatically.

* - 1 point, of value 1p, is added per 20p spent; effectively 5%. However because fractional points are not available, "actual" percentage will be slightly lower for amounts not a mulitple of 20p. For example, a £19.99 purchase would accrue 99 points, and therefore be a reward of 4.95% rather than 5%.

Intus Healthcare Ltd reserves the right at any time to alter this Loyalty Points system without notice. They may to add to, remove from, change or terminate the Loyalty Points system; for example, Intus Healthcare Ltd may change the reward threshold, points value, or redemption offers at any time without notice. They may also withdraw it entirely. Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants' rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program, and while Intus Healthcare will endevor to keep you informed of any changes, their only obligation is to keep this page up-to-date. Please note rewards points will be removed for orders that are returned for refund according to the value of the items returned. Any points redeemed on an order subsequently returned cannot be reinstated.

Loyalty Points have no MONETARY value. Rewards points CAN NEVER BE CONVERTED TO CASH OR REFUNDED, EVEN UPON CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY YOU OR TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY US. Points cannot be transferred to another account under any circumstance.

Intus can remove points from your account without notice. Reasons may include points gained through a software error, mispricing, abuse of the system, or any other reason. Once Loyalty Points are deleted from your account, they will not be reinstated, except at Intus Healthcare Ltd's sole discretion. In the event that your account is cancelled or terminated by you or by Intus Healthcare Ltd for any reason, then you will no longer have the right to use any Loyalty Points stored in or otherwise associated with your account, without any compensation to you or any liability of Intus Healthcare Ltd.

All points will expire 182 days after they were added to your account. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THEIR VALIDITY BE EXTENDED. Once points have expired they cannot be restored.

You are encouraged to redeem Loyalty Points stored in your account. While Intus Healthcare Ltd will send an email to notify you of any points due to expire, it is your ultimate responsibility to ensure they are redeemed prior to expiry, regardless of any circumstance. Intus Healthcare Ltd bear no liability should they expire prior to use; non-receipt of the reminder email or any other circumstance does not transfer liability for expired points away from you.

Intus Healthcare Ltd reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to terminate the Program or to otherwise cease to allow any and all uses of Loyalty Points previously permitted. In such cases, Intus Healthcare Ltd generally will attempt to provide advance notice to you and provide an opportunity for you to redeem existing Loyalty Points prior to the programme's termination. However, Intus Healthcare Ltd makes no guarantee there will be any such redemption offers available at such time. 

The availability of any feature or aspect of the Program cannot be guaranteed. The existence of a particular offer available for redemption of Loyalty Points is not a commitment by Inus Healthcare Ltd to maintain or continue to make such offers in the future. Loyalty Points required for any redemption offer may change at any time. The scope, variety and type of offers that may be available for redemption of Loyalty Points can change at any time. Intus Healthcare Ltd have no obligation to continue making offers available for redemption of Loyalty Points. In addition, we may limit your Loyalty Points stored in your account, including applying limits to: the number of Loyalty Points you may have stored in or credited to your account balance at one time, the number of Loyalty Points you may redeem within a given time period (for example, one day), or the number of Loyalty Points you may obtain per promotion. We also may remove Loyalty Points from your account if they are posted to your account in connection with an activity that is subsequently voided, cancelled or involves a return. 

PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY Only one Reward account allowed per individual. Provision of false information or omission of any information requested on any programme enrolment or redemption form or receipt may be grounds for denial of enrolment and/or accrual of Reward credit in the Participant's account. 

HOW Rewards ADD UP When you purchase, you will earn 1 point for 20p spent, excluding taxes and shipping charges. Every point has a value of 1p towards future purchases through CPAP.co.uk only. If you believe that you have validly obtained any Loyalty Points that have not posted to your account, then you must contact us within 72 hours after the time you claimed to have obtained Loyalty Points. You acknowledge and agree that we may require reasonable documentation to support your claim and our resolution of your claim after our internal customer service review processes will be considered binding and final by you. 

REWARD REDEMPTION All redemption offers are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply to specific redemption offers. After a Participant has redeemed Loyalty Points, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the points for redeposit in the Participant's account. By redeeming Loyalty Points, the Participant releases Intus Healthcare Ltd, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the Program or any redemption or use of Loyalty Points. 

Intus Healthcare Ltd, in its sole discretion, may cancel, suspend or otherwise limit your access to Loyalty Points stored in your account if there is any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account. If we cancel, suspend or otherwise limit access to Loyalty Points stored in your account, your right to use Loyalty Points stored in your account immediately ceases with no right of appeal. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate accounts that are subject to access limitations and to reach a final decision on the limitations promptly. Intus Healthcare Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions.
