Snoring Nasal Dilators

Anti-snoring nasal dilators are designed to gently open the nasal passages to stop snoring, reduce congestion and prevent waking up with dry nasal passages. Opening the nasal passages makes you less likely to breathe through your mouth, reducing snoring and uncomfortable congestion that can lead to dryness.

The pack includes three sizes (small, medium and large), so you can find a comfortable fit. If you’d like to mould them to fit better, you can place the prongs in warm water for a customised fit.

Please note these can be used with a nasal cushion CPAP mask to keep the nasal passages open.

 

How do nasal dilators work?

The nasal prongs sit in your nostrils and hold the nasal passages open, preventing them from collapsing. The reduced space in your nose can make it difficult to breathe and cause uncomfortable stuffiness throughout the day and night. The small prongs effectively stop the collapse, widening the space to improve nasal airflow so you can breathe more comfortably.

This anti-snoring method improves the airflow through the nose, preventing the reliance on mouth breathing.

As well as being an effective snore stopper, they are also good for people who experience frequent stuffiness during physcial activity.
